One-Time Services:
One-off services are non-refundable once the service is completed. Company establishment, legal consultancy and project-based services are considered within this scope.
However, if a cancellation request is submitted before the service starts, a partial refund may be made depending on the transaction cost. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the service starts.
Monthly Subscription Services:
Monthly services can be canceled by the customer at any time. Cancellation request will be effective from the next billing period and will not be charged for future services.
No refunds will be given for services received during the canceled month. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and submitted to customer service.
Partial Refund Terms:
If the customer has used a portion of the service, a partial refund may be issued upon request for a refund. In this case, an examination of how much of the service has been used is made and the refund is calculated accordingly.
In partial refunds, no refund is made for the completed parts of the service.
Review of Refund and Cancellation Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to customer service. The request is evaluated by the company within 7 business days and the result is shared with the customer.
Approved refund requests will be returned to the customer’s payment method within 14 business days at the latest.
Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction:
When problems with the quality of the service are reported by the customer, a free correction service may be offered or a refund may be made, except for one-time services, depending on the situation.
Customers who are dissatisfied with the quality of the service must report their dissatisfaction within 10 days after the service is completed. Complaints made after this period cannot be refunded. No refunds are made for transactions made with a one-time payment.
Force Majeure:
If the service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, strikes, etc., the customer will receive a full refund or the service will be postponed to another date.
Payment Method:
Refunds are made by the original payment method used by the customer. Refunds to bank transfer, credit card or other payment methods may vary depending on the processing times of the banks.
